When you delete your account or request data deletion, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, delete your biometric and health data within 30 days, may retain de-identified aggregated data that cannot identify you, and may retain data required for legal compliance.

HumanKind OS is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it as quickly as possible and terminate any associated account.

HumanKind OS is operated in the United States.
